The proposed activity is a virtual kick-off meeting, marking the project's initiation. It will be coordinated by the project coordinator and YIMEM, with each partner sending one contact person and one legal representative. This meeting holds great significance as it lays the groundwork for shared objectives, project planning, and effective collaboration. The activity's key components are as follows:
1.Participants will introduce themselves and become acquainted with one another.
2.The coordinator will ensure that each school has initiated preparatory activities, such as forming the Erasmus team, selecting eligible students for mobility, and publishing project details and objectives within their schools and local communities. Contracts between partners and the coordinator will also be created and signed.
3.Each partner will offer insights into their local context, providing a better understanding of the diversity among participating institutions.
4.Clear presentation of the primary objectives and project plans will be made to ensure a unified understanding of project goals.
5.Partners will collaborate to create essential documents such as an action plan, Gantt chart, communication plan, dissemination plan, and risk management plan.
6.Responsibilities and roles of each participant will be allocated and clarified.
7.The project's coordinator will outline specific activities and responsibilities assigned to each partner.
8.Partners will share their prior experiences and knowledge, fostering collaborative project work.
9.Partners will learn effective project collaboration techniques.
10.Creation of social media accounts and a website for dissemination will take place.
11.Guidelines for School Erasmus Boards will be prepared.
12.The finalization of the ESEP project proposal will occur, initiating the project.
13.An engaging competition will be organized for participants to design the project's logo and posters.
